The quick reaction that was required with the emerging ‘pressure survival of fittest’ has paved a way for this evolution in the industry. The existing transition that has moved HR to a more strategic role is a complex situation for many human resource professionals. The pressure of performance powered by the ability to do job both within and from the line is the actual challenge in modern day management. Organizations that observe the entire process of strategic involvement i.e. from strategic management to creating strategy need more of such initiatives from the HR departments. It wouldn’t be wrong to call it a multitasking approach.
